Shipping Policy

Regarding Returns and Refunds:

Our policy is valid for 15 days. If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. However, in exceptional circumstances such as extreme congestion, all shipments may be delayed by up to 15-30 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Regarding Refunds (if applicable):

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed and payment will be automatically credited to your credit card or original method of payment within 24 hours of approval.

If your shipment experiences a delay and the item has been confirmed at our distribution center, your order may not be eligible for a refund. Conversely, you will receive a refund within 5 business days.

Regarding Product Handling:

All products undergo cleaning and disinfection to maintain quality and ensure your health as our customer.
